Tell me where i'm lying. Gears 1 campain was REDICULOUSLY short. Me and my homie ran through that shyt and when it ended, we both were like

The multi was GREAT though.

And the cover mechanic was sharked form Killswitch.

All of these are known.

Gears was 8-9 hours At least. And had unlockables and divergent paths and co-op, and more weapons, more combat options, more enemies and more everything else than The Order.

Don't you dare try to compare the two. And on top of that it had one of the Goat multiplayers EVER.

And the cover mechanic was not stolen from anything

Pure bullshyt breh. We literally spent 4 and a half hours and went through the campaign on that game. Stop it. Gears 1 campaign was rediculously short. And I already said (for the 3rd time now) that the multiplayer was great.

Was only comparing the campaigns of both games, nothing else. So don't get your panties in a bunch.

I'm all for 'cinematic' gameplay if you price that shyt accordingly. I'm all for games like Life is Strange and Gone Home but I'm not paying $60 for it.

when you brought Skyrim into this. if anything Gears and The Order are probably around the same length. plus Gears didn't have it's length padded by a bunch of unskippable cut-scenes. and it had co-op

I'll see for myself tomorrow. I just know that for me, Gears 1 campaign was the shortest campaign I've played on an initial run through probably EVER in my gaming lifetime. And again, I'm just talking STRICTLY the campaign, because overall the game DID deserve it's praise.

Yeah I won't lie, Gears 1 is a very short game.

A game like Killzone 2 comes out and is one of the best looking games on the PS3 whilst still having very mechanically satisfying shooting. It had it's naysayers because of that input lag but it still was a critically acclaimed shooter with a 91 MC. It's the typical "graphical showpiece" and yet it was crack.

Same with Crysis 1.

Can't speak on Crysis, but Killzone 2's campaign was probably the best in the series. And it wasn't short, especially for FPS standards. The game also had plenty of easter eggs and things to do that forced you to do multiple playthroughs to get additional trophies. You had to at least beat the game on the hardest difficulty if I recall. I remember playing the campaign for this joint a lot because I got the Plat Trophy for this game.

Again, you going by what OTHERS have experienced. I said me and my boy ran through the shyt on co-op and beat it in 4 and a half hours in one afternoon. I'm speaking of my OWN experience with it.

dunno why it's so hard for some of you to grasp the fact that everyone's opinions and experiences are different. For the 4th time now, I've already said that despite the short campaign length experience I had, the game was still GREAT and deserved it's praise. If it aint flawless, yall got an issue with it or somethin?

But then again, you acted like Halo MCC's online had no problems.....so whatever.
