no, that's not an authorized steam reseller. It might work for you, but you do have the chance to lose your game if steam investigates it and sees that it comes from an unauthorized dealer. It's a roll of the dice

I enabled rapidmode (which uses 1gb of my 16gb of ram) on my ssd and look at these new scores ():
i just ran a benchmark and applied advanced settings for my SSD, don't know why i had not applied these settings already.

I dunno what to tell you then. Maybe try Origin (EA's version of steam)
