Running rx 480 crossfire and its not bad but Tomb Raider crashes on Dx12.
Yeah, I'm an nvidia/intel guy, so I always recommend those, but the 480x is a good deal. That's shytty that TR crashes on DX12. AMD is known for not having the best drivers, so that's why I stick with nvidia. My last AMD card was a 5870 (:hamster: but it was a beast and the first card to allow 3 monitor gaming with eyefinity....:ohlawd:). After all the driver problems and nvidia surround getting introduced, I've switched to nvidia and haven't looked back

Quick question, I'm dealing with a client of mines(okay this one person whose PC i work on occasionally) and she has a bootleg Windows 7 on her PC. her upgrade for W10 is out of the question as the expiry date elapsed and she wasn't running a genuine copy.

She's looking on Amazon and there's OEM keys being sold but it looks like a gamble. Some are going for $60-$90 but the reviews seem mixed what with some saying it works and some saying it's fake/used keys.

W10 costs like $100 but she's talking about she's heard people having problems using it. :snoop: I feel like it'd be a waste for her to buy a key just for Win 7 and then buy W10 again down the road when she could just very well get W10 now and call it a day.

What do you think she should do?

To be honest, it doesn't really matter what brand you get (you should get a 2-3 year warranty with any of them), but I like ASUS myself. I have an ASUS mobo and I used to have 2 ASUS 780tis. They're a good company. I say go for it. 6gb of vram will be perfect for you for a few years at 1080p. The 1060 is actually a pretty good card. :ehh:
cool thanks, all the lower priced brands were sold out.:stopitslime:

Picked up some RAM and an SSD today, reinstalled Windows on my hybrid drive, and M$ jerked me and won't give me my digital key for Windows 10. :mjlol:

Recovery disk works my ass.
