I have Shadow of Chernobyl and Call of Pripyat on steam...what does this mod add over the vanilla version??

It completely revamps the graphics...weather n everything..it adds a whole bunch of extras to the gameplay...u can set how the enemies die..like when u kill someone they can turn into zombies when u leave them...and most of all it stabilizes the game...here it goes...

did you play the Stalker: Shadow of Chernobyl game? I've always meant to check it out, but never got around to it

It's great..use the complete mod for that as well for better graphics and stability...I like call of pripyat a lil better but they both great games...call of pripyat is more open world tho...fallout 3ish...great atmosphere..

Two 670's will probably equal close to a titan..yet alone a single 780

I've got a mini-itx build, so there's only one PCI-E slot. This computer is more of an HTPC with gaming capabilities, so I've gotta rock with the most powerful single card I can get.

I didn't have my own PC til I was 17 yrs old so alot of this sh1t is new to us hood n1ggas and hindus. Most of my n1ggas in the feds can't even type or do so with 1 finger at slow as fuk....takes all day for em to type one sentence.

if you're cool playing at 30fps bare minimum on 1080p a 670 is fine. i thought about it and i'm gonna wait for the 800 series. i can still get buy with this 670 just fine and its not an outdated card so there's no reason to upgrade now. i'd just be blowing money. there were estimates the 800 series would come out in early 2014 and i don't know of any demanding PC games on the horizon where a 670 isn't gonna cut it.

What settings and what game are you talking about?? I say so because my 7870 supposedly is slower than a 670 yet I can run some games maxed the fukk out at 1440P 60fps.

For example, I cut Fraps on and put Bioshock Infinite on and with everything on Ultra except I think ambient occlusion I got a solid 57-60+fps with some dips to 45-55 in large battles at 1440P. I think some of you guys just throw the game on a setting and roll with it. I always check out Neogafs PC performance thread for a specific game when it comes out since they usually find some tweaks here and there to boost the game performance. Speaking of Infinite, a new patch dropped for it on Steam that finally resolved the stuttering, hitching it was doing randomly.

It seems so small in the grand scheme of things, all this for a simple cpu cooler. I'm sorry if I get on your nerves but it's hilarious to me. Yes, the stuttering was annoying but I completed the game despite it's frequent annoyance. 1999 mode is piff though, it makes the game much more tense.
