Just hooked up by 2nd "PC" in the spare room
I had a spare monitor, HDMI, mouse, SD Card, usb hub and keyboard.
Only had to buy the Pi, the micro USB power supply and a wireless USB adapter.
Formatted the SD card to boot linux and after some terminal magic, I was browsing this thread
No more than a total $60 bucks spent to get it running.

fukk these GTA4 fakkits. I was in a free play match with like 14 people on the server, huge spawn kill fest going on, I see an infernus, hop in and just start cruising, at this point I've been cruising for like 15 minutes without killing anyone and the host of the server says, "Everybody name someone you want to get kicked! 3 votes gets the person kicked" and immediately everyone was like (my live name is larrybirdthough)

fresh install is better, any improvements in performance yet? if you rolled windows back to a time before you installed skyrim does it not flicker any more?
I couldn't roll back before the time i re-installed skyrim because windows erased my restore points at the start of the month
No performance improvements yet, and @2gunsup helped with what seemed like every possible solution. I gotta do a fresh windows install I think (which I really, really, really do not want to do

I think I will try that. I definitely made it before the problems started. Is it gonna delete all my shyt or just roll back?
