Either put the disk in and run setup.exe or

Download from Steam

Nothing really changes from previous Windows installments.

I like that game. I haven't played for a few months though. I see it's doing way better than Tribes on Steam

I like it a lot so far. Fast paced, quake engine, customizable weapons....nice time killer
