So another fukking problem

I'm getting skipping in some full motion video clips. Like in BF4 and non-youtube videos.

Youtube videos are fine. I can do 1080p and 4K streaming without any skipping or hiccuping. What would be making the other clips hiccup like that? They're all using flash right?

Why do games look better on my monitor then they do with this hdmi cable to the tv. This shyt be lookin a tad dusty on the television, even when the refresh rate is at 60. Maybe time for a new tv.

Yeah, your TV might be to blame. For example, my TV looks better than my 1080p monitors (I have a relatively high end samsung TV). Your laptop monitor might just be better than your TV (depending on what type of tv you have). Also remember you're jumping up in size (I'm gonna guess you have a 50 inch). Any jump up in size is gonna make the graphics look worse and "dusty." It's simply easier to see the pixels on a big screen. Pushing all the pixels into 17" makes everything look good and you can't really see flaws as well. But make that 3x or 4x bigger and flaws are easy to spot.

Like imagine putting an iphone retina display on a tv. shyt would look blurry and dusty. But when it's that small on your phone, it looks amazing.


(side note: And this is why three monitor gaming is the shyt. You get a bigger, wider screen, with an equivalent increase in pixels as well)

I figured out what's causing my stuttering and frame rate drops in Watch Dogs. My fukking CPU. I have a 4820K, but it's not enough for three monitors. I guess they weren't joking when they had 6-core and 8-core recommendations. My 4-core CPU is bottlenecking my GPUs (the GPUs don't even get to 75%).

I guess I gotta play at high now Why is that game so CPU intensive? It really shouldn't be. Maybe I need to get that cracked .exe that fixes some of these CPU problem

Is that crack still out there? If so, can I get a link?

Breh you have to understand that 3 monitors is not a setup many people have. I would be shocked if even 1% of the PC gaming population runs on 3 monitors like that

It's like the only reason I'm a PC gamer still. shyt is so (it takes gaming to a completely new level)

PCs are pissing me off. Now my fukking sound card is acting up

When I put it in 5.1 mode, s/pdif out, it plays fine for 5 minutes and then it starts to cut out for no goddamn reason. It just started recently. I have no idea why. I guess I'll have to reinstall the driver or something.


Edit: I guess it was a driver issue. At least I hope. fukking Windows 8.1 updates fukking shyt up I guess

Now it's fukking with fmv. That update really fukked shyt up. I guess we gotta wait for adobe to release an update.

I just don't know why I can run everything smooth in youtube, but non-youtube fmv is all stuttery. It doesn't make sense

at this point the DS4 works pretty much flawlessly so I really don't see what Sony can do to offer better support. The latest ds4 tool works with virtually every game via blutooth without any third party tools or workarounds.

I'm just talking about 'official' support, without the need for 3rd party tools, and proper button prompts

But when it works it's better than win 7 performance-wise.

But it rarely works. I might be hitting up 2gunsup for a win 7 key soon. shyt is getting out of hand.

Not looking forward to the fresh install though...


I'm concerned about direct x 12 in the future too. You know that'll be win 8 only
