Im get around 32-38fps with every setting turned all the way up at 1920 for blackflag.

I have the specs.

Txaa, physx, Max soft shadows, etc. ? In Kingston or your home island (the great iguana). Those are the most demanding places. If you get 30fps there I'll be impressed.

Oh, so you just started the game, I see. Well getting those fps with txaa, max soft shadows, and physx on is good. You'll get lower than that in Kingston or your home island (they're more demanding places), but still I'll admit shyt ain't bad for a laptop

Yeah, I got all my games on my 256 SSD along with my OS.
When I start running low on space I just uninstall whatever game I'm done with and move the new joints on.

Loading times are so much better on SSDs.

yep, now that I've seen the light, I really can't go back to that HDD life

Time to disable hibernation and system restore for that drive if you haven't done so already.
