we don't really know, since the game and/or benchmarks aren't out. but the minimum recommended card is a gtx 660. you might be able to find one of those for around $100

I'm gonna buy a graphics card off of Craigslist.. Any things I should be on the lookout prior to purchase?

It's the cheapest I could find. And I got an offer for my radeon 6870

if you get a $100 card it won't be worth a damn in a year if you want to play any AAA games.
i don't think it's worth a damn now.

one of the reasons AAA games are dope because they are gorgeous.
you will be getting a sub par experience with a cheap card.

The best bet for you is to keep subsidizing.

Start with the R9 270 and then keep moving up 6-9 months by grabbing a steal off craigslist or eBay and then dumping the old card quickly after testing and making sure the new card is good to go.

Just run standard tests to make sure everything is good. If it's an AMD card, make sure it wasn't used for mining cryptocurrencies.

Once you are in this game, it's hard to get out. You can move up to a quality card pretty quickly if you have alerts set up and max prices set aside.

The r9 I found is Asus. $100 is a steal provided that it works.
