I get like above 90fps sometimes...above 70 most of the time but it will be random spots where it drops to like 56 fps...to be fair I have everything maxed out..even antialiasing..

That game actually isn't that demanding. I could get 60 fps plus ultra in three monitors with just my 780ti sli setup. But 140 fps at 4k is impressive. I haven't tried that game yet. With these Titan xs, 4k is very doable now. Once nvidia fixes surround, I'll be playing in 6k
