keep grinding breh. the key to improvement is honestly playing a lot of deathmatch, if you aren't, check out the fragshack servers, i just put on a podcast or music and deathmatch for however long I feel like and then hop into a real match. high level players frequent those servers so it will whip your aim into shape. and then after that its just working on nades and movement and overall game IQ. I wish I had a smurf account near your rank to play with you. All of my smurfs are at supreme now

Yeah I always DM before running a comp. Usually run with a couple homies so all 3 of us are DMG's. We never actually thought we'd come up the way we did from Silver Hell.

It's fun improving. I pretty much entirely solo queued on this account, I just wanted to be able to say I did it without anyones help. It was a hell of a grind to get there though.

You probably won't find it for much lower than that until next year.

Originally, the plan was to ignore skylake entirely but once i peeped an open box 6600k for $184 and an nice looking asus z170 mobo for $132 (also open box), I realised that it would actually be a dollar or two cheaper to get these rather than buy a brand new haswell system with virtually no upgrade path. They are on reserve so I've got until sunday evening to decide whether to pull the trigger. After tax the total is $343.96

But my problem is that I still have no intention of getting the rest of my parts until November so if god forbid come build day I find some component on the board doesn't work, I'm screwed :mjcry:. Would be dope if they test it in store for me :lupe:

read too many horror stories of people getting aluminum instead of copper, smudges and prints where the cpu contacts the thermal paste, and generally defective units amongst other things. It's surprisingly difficult to find locally too.

i just want one in good condition that actually came with a processor. im just tryna get my skylake on breh :mjcry:

if you're gonna be picky, buy a brand new third party cooler. you can get a hyper 212 for around $30

it's pretty much the same as installing the stock cooler. you just have to install the backplate and apply your own thermal paste. you'll also have to do those things when installing a water block

I never used Steam Big Picture until yesterday, but that shyt could be a game changer with the Steam Controller since you can launch all sorts of programs from Big Picture and use the Steam controller to control programs built around mouse/keyboard :lupe:
Big Picture's wheel keyboard is :blessed:
