Yeah breh. Why not? We could all learn some new tips and tricks. I'll probably do one for my new build in the spring (unless I decide to get a gaming laptop instead [those new Alienware laptops with an external gpu are nice])should i make a build log here?
My new Samsung evo 500gb ssd is slow as shyt. 
I might need some help tomorrow brehs. I don't know where I went wrong. I cloned my 250gb and everything went smoothly. Then I plugged in my new ssd, ran Samsung Magician and random reads and writes are slow as shyt. Why?

Do you just run your os off the SD or games? Just run your Os off the system and see if the slowness continue.
Do ATI cards still have the tendency of running hot?
My old ATI cards ran hot as fukk.
I was going to drop another fan in my system anyway but I want to be on the safe side.

So far I haven't had a problem but my case came with fans in different area throughout certain parts of the case so that's probably helping.

Oh it's still fast as shyt with my os. I can't tell the difference at all from my previous 250. It's just the benchmarks that look funny. Same start up time, same quickness with opening programs, etc. I haven't tried a game yet, but I'm sure it'll be fine. I normally play off my 6tb, but I got this 500 to play some games on it. I gotta do a lot of investigating tomorrow. I could have a bad ssd or the benchmarking could be off. If I didn't benchmark I wouldn't even notice the difference while running os shyt. I'm gonna try another benchmarking tool tomorrow and read up on this problem on tom's and linus' forums. The random reads and writes are just so slow. But for everyday use I couldn't even tell it was slower. Something is up

You'll soon learn that Ubisoft is one of the worst PC developers out. Most PC gamers hate them. They make shytty, horrible PC ports. They're my most hated company. They can't do anything right when it comes to PC games. They hate PC gamers, and that's why everybody pirates their games. . EA looks like saints compared to Ubisoft. Truly a horrible company. Just look at watch dogs, ass creed, and far cry 4. All were broken and Ubi gave no shyts. fukk them Goddamn they're so fukking bad

I think it's fixed now, but I'd do some checking around online first.
finally upgraded my gtx 470 to a 960 4GB, played gta 5 on max 1080 with no slow downs 
Built my rig about 5 years ago and I think that was the first major upgrade since then.
Currently got:
Cooler Master Haf X case
GB X58A-Ud3r
i7 950
16GB
128GB SSD
For Data I'm messing with Storage Spaces doing similar to Raid 1 with 2.5TB of capacity.
Used to OC back in the day but not anymore.
Built my rig about 5 years ago and I think that was the first major upgrade since then.
Currently got:
Cooler Master Haf X case
GB X58A-Ud3r
i7 950
16GB
128GB SSD
For Data I'm messing with Storage Spaces doing similar to Raid 1 with 2.5TB of capacity.
