Lamesoft stay losing with their Windows 10 upgrades.
Microsoft has configured the update to install on it's own. You get a single popup and if you don't click on some small print in it then the update installs the next time you start up your computer or at the scheduled date it shows. Also if you close out the update prompt they count that as you agreeing to install the update.pretty sure it won't just update to win10 on it's own![]()

They got me like that too.Win 10 is really testing my patience...
First off I never clicked nothing for it to upgrade...
It forced the upgrade on its own overnight, I went to sleep last night and I was on Win 7...Woke up this morning and noticed my background is different and I'm now on win 10...
I was tight but I said fukk it let me give this a try since dx12 is the future and I have 30 days to revert back to win 7 if I don't like 10...
First thing I notice my games take longer to load and my boot time is about an extra 10-15 seconds...Gameplay is smooth but I notice some graphical glitches...My graphics drivers are out of date and its probably best to upgrade since Im on a new OS now...This process never took me longer than 3 minutes on win 7...So I download the update through geforce experience and it keeps failing over and over and over...then i tried to do it manually through device manager...no bueno...Had to manually uninstall all previous nvidia drivers and make sure no services were running...an hour and a half later it worked...![]()

I tend to do so, but that's because I am anal about everything looking as clean as possible.Thinking about copping another monitor. For those who have dual screen set ups, do yal have the same models for both monitors or nah?
Yeah it's a bytch move by Microsoft. I think the idea is not only to get more people on board, but to stop focusing on legacy as well for the general consumers. Get that adoption rate up, then cut off support to Win 7/8 as fast as possible...kinda like how Apple does it.that's pretty fuct up. I'd be pissed if they changed my OS without my permission. I've had no issues with Win10 though![]()
I don't even think the monitor have is still being produced thoI tend to do so, but that's because I am anal about everything looking as clean as possible.
I am the wrong person to talk to then. I would likely throw it out or sell it on craigslist to get 2 new ones lol.I don't even think the monitor have is still being produced tho

What size did you have in mind? Newegg had some nice LG IPS 1080P monitors for $100 each. 22" I believe.

I have many people who REFUSE to go past Windows 7 too. It is crazy how people fear change.
You're one of the few people I've seen to actually acknowledge that Microsoft isn't the first company to do this tactic considering Apple been doing this for the longest. I think it was the iMac G3 when it first started.I talk about this with a co-worker of mine all the time. It is incredibly dumb how people view these things. You're one of the few people I've seen to actually acknowledge that Microsoft isn't the first company to do this tactic considering Apple been doing this for the longest. I also agree on the fear of change since the general consumer doesn't really know that they've been spied on since 95 and just now worried about their digital privacy for the past few years since.

No lies told here, it's a good thing I'm not on social media heavy except for networking (you know the real use of these apps) and dip from Facebook the moment they went publicI talk about this with a co-worker of mine all the time. It is incredibly dumb how people view these things.
Oh, NO! I can't have Microsoft use some of my info to help improve their services, but let me go ahead and post my entire life on facebook for everyone to see and click on all the cat meme pics I find![]()
