So I tried applying an older driver and that failed. I've tried updating my bios (which was a fukking pain in the ass since the company that made it went out of business like 6 year ago) and updating the driver and that didn't work either. At this point I'm out of ideas. Anyone have suggestions?
Like I told you before, it sounds like you have corrupted windows files. Try what I said in my previous post to you. Boot up with allowing unsigned drivers, run the scan for corrupted files, see if you have any and hopefully windows automatically fixes them. If not, you're looking at a clean install of windows

I tried booting with unsigned drivers and that didn't work either. I've done like 2 or 3 clean installs as well and that didn't work either. I seriously have no idea why it's failing to updat the drivers. One of my memory sticks did fail so now I only have 3gb of ram instead of 4. Do video cards have minimum ram requirements now?

shyt, I dunno then. I don't think GPUs have ram requirements, but I could be wrong. Try an extended SMART test on your HDD. It could be as simple as that.

You would never :dwillhuh:
Oh I would. I mentioned it a few months ago. I'm into buying a pre-built PC now. OriginPC seems like the best option. I'm done with buying parts, building shyt, and RMA'ing with different companies (and you know I RMA a ton of shyt. I've RMA'd ram and GPU multiple times). OriginPC also has an upgrade plan where you can trade in your old shyt (like GPUs and CPUs and Mobos) and get the latest and greatest. It cost about $1K more (with insurance and the upgrade plan, etc.), but it's worth it to me. I'm done building :blessed:

I don't care what none of you say, I'm going with OriginPC. My next setup will be a monster and it'll continue to be a monster with the 3 year upgrade plan. fukk building shyt and RMAing with different companies. I'm done with that. I'm going to the dark side :manny:

Damn so you gotta move to DC or you already in the area?
I gotta move out there. I'm in Houston currently and I start my new job in DC on 8/15. It's a good job too. No more boring medical research. It's a UX job, testing a variety of things (including new tech). :blessed:
