I love mine. it's incredibly customizableSo I can pick up a Steam controller fairly cheap but I don't think it's gonna be any better than the DualShock 3 setup I have going on.

it definitely has a learning curve though. it takes time, and don't expect to be immediately comfortable with it. try to start out with some mellow games (aka not CS:GO) to just get used to how it works
that's pretty much how I use it. mouse for FPS, Steam Controller for everything elseFigured I'd use it for shyt like GTA5, Civ, PCars, emulators.Not trying to replace the mouse for FPS games.

When i built my last system is was only a few 100 dollars and obviously you going to pay that in labor...
