Edit: Y'all can get those effects fullscreen by running the game in fullscreen borderless window mode.

Adding a game's window.
Run the app and start up a game.
Make sure you run the game in windowed mode before adding it to the app.
After you have set your game to run windowed, click the app's tray icon and select "Add window"
Go back to your game and while the game window is active press "F3"
Your game should now be in windowed border-less mode, your settings are saved so the app will recognize your game whenever it runs in windowed mode again and automatically set it to be borderless.

Try and get a 2GB 7850. It will be 25 dollars or so over but it comes with games you can easily sell.

You have vsync activated if it only sticks to those fps.

I tried this alpha out at my friends house. He has a GTX 560 TI and 8GB ram and a Phenom and maxes out the game. shyt lookd incredible in 1080P. Idk how his shyt capped at 50-60 with his specs.

performance is kinda crappy, cause it's in alpha, so I have stuff turned down. not to mention I don't worry too much about eye-candy in competitive games
