actually the same exact card is on newegg for 250. for 260 you can get a gigabyte one with a bit more powerful oc options.

ah, gotcha. personally Id pay extra 20-40 for better cooling and a stable oc'ed core, but it's all preference.

should be enough. just make sure you get a quality psu (antec, corsair, and seasonic are good brands)
