if you buy shyt oem, you need connectors. if its boxed, should be all connectors in the box

as far as the other problem, does your system post ? for a basic post it needs to be mobo, power supply, video card, cpu and memory. maybe you forgot memory ?

I have all that connected to the mobo breh :why:

no beeps.

The psu is hooked up by power cables to the gpu. The gpu is slid into its little slot on the mobo.

no beeps sounds like the psu

are both the 12 pin and 4 pin cables connected from the psu to the mobo?

you didn't level your motherboard correctly inside the PC case. Uninstalled everything and slowly take your time placing it back into the case.

wtf does that have to do with anything? It's level. I'm sure. It's screwed in everywhere it's supposed to be.

it should post regardless if the mobo's "level"

Yeah...I even made an effort to go to frys and buy an extension cord for the 8 pin because it was too short to reach. But I'll make sure its tightly in or whatever....:why:

It happen to me before when I first build my gaming PC. I had to take it apart motherboard from case etc.. and re install and it worked. There is no set answer as to why he not posting because we don't have the PC in front of us.

if you're not getting any beeps, most likely something (cpu or the mobo) isn't getting power, or at least not enough power. even though things seem to turn on, the psu could be bunk/doa

try disconnecting pretty much everything but the psu and mobo (disconnect the memory, hdd's, gpu), and see if you can get a beep

as silly as it sounds, you always have to start with the dumb stuff, like is the monitor properly hooked up? (power cable and video cable) and is it turned on?

ok, now that that is out of the way...

do you hear the hard drive (standard, not SSD)

are all your jumpers correct

is the voltage setting on the PSU correct?

is it the kind of mobo that has a digital display and some buttons? if so, what is it telling you?

as you have already been told by others, if the easy stuff doesnt help, you need to strip that computer down to the bare necessities (mobo, power, one stick of ram, harddrive) and connect the monitor through the on-board video port

on the board being level, you can mount a board upside down and it should be working, but if the metal leads on the back are touching other metal things, the circuits on the board are being shorted, so it is important to make sure you set it in properly.
