what i dont get is there is many different versions from different companies...Like whats the difference between GIGABYTES R9 and Asus R9? or Saphire 7970 and XFX 7970? This is where i get confused when buying one.
Not much difference, just take a look at how the layout of the card is (for example the fan) and of course their history with RMA.
I would go with Sapphire if prices are equal.

I only played the PC version for a little while, but I loved it on the 360.
yeah, I like it more than FC3 overall (I played FC3 first). although FC3 improved many things, it also had too much handholding, and lost a lot of the 'openness' of FC2

is crysis an open world game?
Also i heard crysis 3 is hard as fukk to run on ultra settings for most cards
Crysis is sort of open world in the beginning, but overall it's a pretty linear game. you just have a lot of options as to how you want to do something, but there's not really side-missions, collectables, or stuff like that. you should check it out though. it's a good game, that's still visually impressive
and yeah, Crysis 3 does a good job of showing off their new engine. they take every opportunity to put a spinning red light in a smokey room and shyt
