I've never tried a gel liner, going to pick one up on my next makeup trip. Any recs on brands besides Elf? Elf isn't as available where I am. Price not a factor.
If you want cheap Maybelline makes a gel liner its eye studio lasting gel eyeliner, NYX makes one, on the higher end of things you could try MAC's fluidline gel liner.

I usually go for the kajal option in white liner for my waterline, you have big beautiful eyes, it'll make them POP even more!
