anyone looking for black leaders in 2016 is part of the problem hands down...

motherfukkers love to abdicate personal responsibility ....

Why is it ONLY the black community that needs leaders?

I think these potential leaders have to omit those things from their objective that tend to divide us. Our best leaders could've taken us much further had they stuck to what affects us all.
Makin' your own way is only a part. We can't beat a united power individually. Until we defeat white supremacy, it doesn't matter much what one makes of his own life. The system can still crush him solely because of his race.

I know they were murdered. However, without true leadership we have no goal or true mission.

No question.

Being "black" isn't a strong enough rally cry. No other people on the face of this earth identifies themselves solely as a damn color. They are either this nationality, or this tribe or this religion. And that unites them.

When you ask an African American what are they, they say "I'm black". No, that's not powerful enough.

We need a new classification.

Because we are getting surpassed and failing. I think that's why. Let's be honest, the way it is now isn't working. Atleast back in the 60's you had people united with mature leaders who cared.

Them Lo Lifes...
It's easier to say than to do
And this is the issue.

Nobody in this day and age wants to sacrifice and remove themselves from their comfort zone.

There's to be drastic changes, and one of them is giving the police a taste of their own medicine...but that isnt happening.

Black Panthers tried it and got crushed from within.

Huey was the last rebel..

I don't mind doing it and have helped before. However, one person can't do it alone.

let me ask you this... the people that are surpassing you ..... who are their leaders?

Exactly ....

I believe in collective fukking responsibility not waiting for some kind of messiah to fix things.... a lot of fukkers want to use that as an excuse not to do anything...

First thing I ask people when they talk that ish... what are YOU doing for the black community ...... nine times out of ten they aint doing shyt
