The ps4 will NOT play music CD's

There is a reason when a rappers new song drops in the booth, posters wait for the CDQ (CD Quality Audio) to drop, as it is the superior version compared to anything 320 or below.
Until iTunes music store offers high resolution music that's the same or better than CD Quality Audio, purchasing CD's is still the best option to go if you like listening to music at its best.

i feel like electronics should support all formats that aren't dead yet. it reminds me of when people were recommending me streaming devices and all the damn things do is stream. i spent 20 extra dollars and got a sony blu-ray player that does everything(and streams just as fast or faster than these other devices) there's no excuse for this honestly and i love sony. physical formats aren't going anywhere...and that's coming from someone who has tons of digital music.
I have over 600 cd's, and still buy them, best sound quality plus I want the case and artwork. I have a dedicated cd player, I have a PS3 that I may have put 5 cd's in. If I bought a PS4 it would not have been a deal breaker over cd support.

Cd play ain't a deal breaker. I'd prefer full backwards compatibility of course. Even ps3 compatibility would make me happy.
I found some in my garage but aint nobody got time for that.......

Yes, I briefly dropped it for Spotify because the MU app for android then was pure cheeks. I then switched to Apple, then got a PS4, then I pretty much said " might as well go back just due to MU being on the PS4

No complaints from me, I was blasting the hell out of Mack Wilds album while riding around In Destiny. I only wish there was some way to control the songs I want to listen to from my phone like the godly PS3 YouTube App.

I don't even have CDs in the car...does anyone really use them. Of it ain't streaming on blue tooth I don't even fukks with it..CDs to us are what records were to us.I got a CD case in the trunk that I haven't seen in almost two years......probably got spiders and shyt in it
