Bruh, trust me. What you just wrote is so false its ridiculous. There is not mention about what will be compatible with the ps4. Of course it will have USB ports. That does not mean bootlegs will work since bootlegs don't work on ps3

You should really try to follow the thread because what you are asking has already been discussed by those who actually wanna talk about it.
First off, I'm pretty certain most of us haven't even used a CD for years.
Someone said they don't recall using CD's in gaming systems since the ps1 which is about right.
Ppl used them on the ps2 as well
The xbox tho, if you rocked one? Then you might know something about "custom soundtracks" which if you a ps STAN you know nothing about this
But on the xbox 360, you can't use them unless you upload music via a CD
You can't even do it via PC, they blocked all that copy shyt. Only stream
But since sony consoles can't do things like custom soundtracks or cross game chat, this feature was never a huge deal in the first place for sony

But that is NOT nor NEVER was the topic.

The topic is WHY remove a feature that doesn't need to be removed???
It doesn't save them money to take it out. Might even cost money because to block it they had to do something? (lets not act like I'm implying its expensive if any cost at all)

The point of this thread is SONY took out a feature for no apparent reason.
Its not the same thing as Other OS which they took out cuz they thought that would prevent hackers
Taking this feature out benefits nobody. Or so it appears.
