It is strange regarding the word of someone else as law over one's self. That social construct is fragile because once a person tires of that one sided relationship they'll rise against the "royal"

Really, if you look at it, these rules are simple and she lives a life of luxury. Why break these little rules at the cost of losing royalty status?
Its like, when you are an NBA referee, you have to wear the uniform and appropriate shoes. It's a well-paid job. You get the call and you take it. Why get fired over doing something stupid like wearing white sneakers instead of black sneakers?
