breakfast is always four to five egg whites, with two steaks and some five waffles.
my breakfast is usually at the after club am hours or brunch tho.

shyt i probably eat just three cans of spinach a day, just for starters.
we ain't got to the twelve to sixteen tacos a day, and the three steak dinners with a can and a half of spinach at like two am every day either.
plus, the five chicken breast i hide from sunday dinner from sphinx. that i work on eating like a snack on my weekday workout days.

i got like two breast now, imma go heat up.

man, i may not get that sphinx, i may just go to the tacos.....and save that sphinx for an add day tommorrow meal.

Yeah. I got that from football. The mental aspect can push you through anything. The body can do things you never thought possible if you can get your mind to be the driving force. I’ve found that out over the past four months.

I'm never impressed by this stuff anymore. This is for smarks and ppl who don't hit the gym.

Anybody can look good when you're supplementing with HGH/Test/etc

It's not that expensive man. Get you a bag of fish for like $5-6, bake it in oven. Eat some salad, chips, and BREAD. That's 2-3 meals right there.

Get a big of chicken breasts....see above.

Eat some nuts(peanuts, cashews almonds etc) in between as snacks. Eat PB&J sandwhiches. It's not that expensive. Take some protein or creatine and lift properly. You'll gain weight

At the end of the diet calories are calories, if one doughnut got you fukked up you're not burning enough calories

Pro athletes can live on junk food because they burn so many calories a day

Thus me being injured, I can't burn the same calories as I used to. I think you are taking my post a little too literal, most things outside the tlr is usually in jest.
