Bron probably works out the muscles around his knees. Not that rose doesn’t or never have but... it don’t look like it. Plus heel strikers are savages :picard::picard: I couldn’t imagine how fukked up my feet would be if I didn’t run off my toes or midfoot:scust:

Interesting take but you can’t change your running style
You can though. I did.

Obviously, the situations are totally different. But it's certainly possible to change it. The question would be would it be worth it to try if you're in that position, because of the amount of time it would take and thereby having to relearn other parts of your game.

It’s probably easier for a shorter person but for those really tall dudes it might be more difficult

Actually its more about the power in which they land WITH the angle of their knees in relation to their feet.

Also, Rose is fast as fukk and im pretty sure he runs on his toes just like Lebron. In fact Rose lands with his knee infornt of his foot most times. So that aspect of running is irrelevant. Its the force and angle in which he lands.

Rose' very FIRST acl tear was a result of his body trying to compensate for groin and ankle issues and his knee couldnt take it, because his knees werent over his toes, but all of his injuries accumulated on the same leg.

I wonder what D.Rose diet is like, I don't know what LeBron eats but I can see him being very diligent with what he puts in his body, of course an HGH milkshake for dessert doesn't hurt

What you eat is like 75% of training

You can say steroids all you want, but everyone has access to steroids and tons of guys are using them. Despite that fact, lots of guys still have injuries and biomechanical deficiencies are typically the cause.

Yes you can.

People do it very frequently when coming off of surgeries.

It takes Kinesthetic awareness and persistence but it certainly can be done.

All of those warm up drills that football players do aren’t random, they’re designed to teach proper muscle loading and foot striking
