I looked at a # of angles, it's not clear if Reggie did actually touch him. Certainly possible, but it does look like Reggie either faked on fouling him or missed him al together,... this is what Paul said after the game -

"Assuming they were going to foul was dumbest play I’ve probably ever made.. The last play I don’t even get a shot up that’s just dumb"

Which sounds like to me Reggie didn't foul him and Paul was just anticipating a foul .....regardless that play was CP's fukk up.. instead of hoping to get fouled he should have attempted a shot...

Would you shut the fukk up? CP3 barely tapped that man's forearm, and in return the refs give Russ 3 shots in the final seconds of the game. Whilst I'm glad Sterling's team lost, the way these playoffs have been officiated had been atrocious.

Doesn't take much of a tap on the forearm or wrist to fukk a shot up.
