He would've been perfect with the Lakers as the 14th player in the rotation. He would not play, but provide leadership off the bench and in the locker room.

Say what you want about him, but he is a good leader and has 5 rings with the Lakers. He could mediate the problems between Kobe and Dwight.

derek was the only player not to break down during the finals... he fukked up.. yeah... but he stay calm and played the same damn way.
