That's beyond immoral. 90% of the country owning 30% of the wealth. That 10% of the country holding all that wealth are just hording it. It's more than they'll ever need. Their great grand children will probably be spending it.

I used to think like most here when it came to "hoarding wealth"....this is a lie. The rich spend like crazy.

You say working for money is inefficient but who determines that to be so? 48% of workers in the United States make under $32,000 a year. Most people spend their whole lives barely above water. Only about 40% or Americans could come up with $1000 in the event of an emergency without going into debt. If we remove the 10% of Americans that hold 90% of the wealth then that's like 30% of the rest of Americans.

You're talking about socialism and I'm talking about the cost of living and what people are being paid being reasonable enough that people don't have to spend their entire adult lives working to pay a mortgage, keep a roof over their head, and raise a few kids.

Our society is built off the backs of economic debt slaves who mostly live to work while the rich elite reap the fruits of their labor and don't fairly compensate them for it all the while raising the cost of living to keep people right where they are.

It would be like if I told you that a race that's 13% of the population accounted for over 40% of the population in prison and you try to downplay that like it's some sort of natural occurrence. if it got down to it....could you move to Wyoming and live on less?

at what point do you not need money....it's at that point that the supposed hoarding begins. If you could sell something that you bought for $100 and sold for $200. How many times would you buy it for $100?

I'm not talking about "The American Dream" I'm talking about ownership and escaping economic slavery. You aren't living somewhere for free so either you own your home or you're paying the person that owns it. Either way things like housing are prohibitively expensive to the point where ether you rent or take on long term debt to maintain it.

Housing, transportation, health care, education all those things are prohibitively expensive and kept that way persistently.
