Such material truly speaks to human nature though. Our will to thrive takes a backseat nothing. Economically and on a much more personal financial level people are hurting. There are so many legitimate factors that need to be attacked as the causes. The banks, the politicians, the corporations, the legal system. . . All of these things together to fukk over the people but yet when I talk to my cousin about how black people in particular are SYSTEMICALLY kept out of markets (even on a global scale) his response is something like, "all that time someone spends on learning about how to undo such a thing can be better spent on reading a book that could change your life." . . . Crazy.

Also, keeping it a buck. . . The younger millennials coming into my union I have found are very hard working, respectful and come in on time. We have been having a wave of kids coming in that are purposely foregoing college for the opportunity to make $100K+ debt free as a sheet metal worker.
I even ran into a kid that graduated as an engineer from NJIT that couldn't find a job as an engineer so he joined my union. The kid just finished his apprenticeship last year and is currently a draftsmen for a mechanical outfit. Kid is easily making $120k a year debt free. Dude worked hard all 5 years as an apprentice.
The idea that kids nowadays are not willing to work hard is a lie. They just value their time and thus their lives more in this low opportunity economy.
