Vin Diesel is synonomous with the F&F similar to Bruce with Die Hard/Arnold with terminator. Rock was third in that movie. If its not shytty kids movies which are always reliable at the box office no matter what, Rock is not a top draw. And Rock has not been active the past couple of years in Hollywood. Similar to Stiller. And Sandler has starred/produced in bomb after bomb. Which leads me to declare this list 
Vin Diesel was out there selling the movie though and when the fukk was Fast Five hyped like this until the Rock came on board. He was pushed in all the trailers, the commercials, every damn thing..you can "shyt on that" as you like to say but it's just how it was.
Rock hasn't been active? He didn't put out Race To Witch Mountain that made money..or Journey 2 that made fetti. Or Other Guys...WTF are you talking about?

I'ma be honest R=G. Rock is doing good but not great in his film career.
The only thing to me that is suspect is how he doesn't gave a franchise built around him. He doesn't have that Bourne Identity or Mission Impossible where he is the main star. This is why we all shyt on him. He is these random ass childish movies that do good, but so what, Vin Diesel in the pacifer made tons of money too.
He gets thrown into the Fast and Furious (which was caking well without him) and GI Joe, which the first one sucked so they brought in Rock to drum up interest.
But he needs to be the main star. Why isn't he? He needs better representation to me, maybe someone like you who knows him inside and out. I mean you know his suit size, dikk size, how tall he is, what acting parts he would like, etc...

i think we can all agree on that, i think hes been a major disappointment as a lead actor. hes not even on vin diesels level yet, he has fast/furious, xxx and riddikk

Umm it was hyped when they rebooted it with Walker/Diesel in the previous movie. Don't get me wrong, Rock probably brought in extra fans to check out the movie but to claim that he was the main person for advertising and marketing is absurd and a lie perpetuated by a fanatical stan such as yourself. And this list is for 2011-2012 right? Because if we are including previous years then Rock would be bumped for guys like Robert Downey and Christian Bale.
