I mean if you're a smark you knew that because Raw was going to be in Miami, AND the Rock is scheduled to appear at Mania, the logical conclusion that one could come to would be that the returning superstar would be The Rock, because it would be silly for him to just pop up the night of WM with no logical lead up or placement.
But it was also the first post-Rumble RAW, and a post PPV RAW period, so the ratings were bound to be high

) champion and the RR had huge implications on who exactly was going to be in Mania

The wrestlers they have and the ones before them had the ability to make people love the product as much as they do with the The Rock and the old days albeit not at that same level but near it. You attribute the bump to him because he trended on Twitter and was the difference maker between the time points. Same shyt we've attributed to his returns in 2004 in Atlanta, in 2011 in Anaheim, in 2014 for the Brooklyn Raw...lol. You just don't know about wrestling ratings and systems. This is nothing new.
