Black Adam was a lost because 190M-260M budget doesn't include the marketing cost. The marketing cost on most movies are at least half the cost of the production budget. So if the marketing cost might be between 95M-130M which make the total cost of the movie around 285M - 390M
You have clear proof numbers of these projections? Where are the definitive numbers?

He’s speaking hypothetically with the numbers, but he’s totally correct about factoring marketing cost as well outside of the films budget. Variety reported that the film needed $600 million to at least break even. Before you mention THR report and Rock's comments about it not being a flop, they included "merchandise" sale which is irrelevant when discussing the topic of box office numbers and doesn't factor in other aspects that can affect the numbers.

Rock said it didn't bomb but he would say that. Other outlets said that it did lose money.
Also, “Black Adam” performed poorly at the box office, earning $400 million worldwide against a $195 million budget — which doesn’t include marketing and other costs related to promotion and distribution. However, Johnson disputed claims that “Black Adam” would lose between $50 million and $100 million. In a tweet, Johnson cited financiers, saying “Black Adam” would net between $52 million and $72 million.

Here is the wiki article that contain a bunch of links of different sites (Deadline, Variety, etc). Warner executive even disputed Rock claim that it made money.
Several publications described the film as a box office bomb, with The Hollywood Reporter stating that the film "will be lucky to break even, even considering ancillary revenue."[4][137][138][139][140] Variety estimated that it would lose $50–100 million against a break-even point of $600 million. Warner Bros. contradicted the claim, stating that the initial break even cost was $450 million, but that figure had come down due to the growth of ancillary revenue streams from home media and the marketing cost being low.[137] Deadline Hollywood estimated that the film would ultimately turn a profit of $52–72 million due to a smaller estimated marketing budget of $80–100 million (thanks in part to Johnson's social media accounts handling large amounts of the marketing), increase in ancillary revenues from PVOD and streaming, and no one receiving any share from the box office gross.[141] A later report by Puck stated that several Warner executives suspected Johnson and his team of leaking a purported financial sheet to Deadline Hollywood which contained inaccurate figures, including the marketing budget, exaggerated home entertainment revenue, and an inaccurate interest rate for the film.[142][143]

If the film wasn't a bomb they would film a Black Adam 2.
