not being thorough with research and copy/paste info from pro gun blogs brehs:lolbron:
I don't need to say much more. Everything I needed to say I did when I prefaced what i pasted. You could reference a time when it worked out when guns were taken away..

Or we could discuss how it's currently going in England or Australia.

BUT this is America that could never happen here.

With the kind of government we have nowadays, the second amendment is more relevant than it probably has ever been. This country is getting so tyrannical that I believe there will soon be a day where growing your own food will be considered to be as criminal as robbery. When that day comes, I hope WE ALL have guns. . . Big powerful guns.
Did you REALLY think the government would allow for itself to be overthrown?

It sounds like a giant placebo to give people the illusion of more power than they really have :pachaha:

We actually saw the power of the second amendment in the Cliven Bundy standoff. It works. We literally saw scared Federal agents backing down to armed citizenry. And, yes the government has tanks, missles, nukes etc. but the truth is that in a civil war against the government many of those same weapons would end up the hands of regular citizens due to the many defections on the military side.

Guns are important because it's defense against tyranny at a moments notice. Sure, not nearly as effective as the missiles and tanks the government has, but it makes being truly tyrannical ALOT harder.
No we didnt :pachaha:

They just got outnumbered but the government wasn't evean raelly strapped like that.

Cacs believing in upholding in the 2nd, and saying they are not racists :sas2::sas1: When founding fathers were slave owners. :flabbynsick: amendment, since your talking about Musket Guns and Single Shot pistols, and worried that cacs in Powder Wigs was going to simp you into the middle of the night. These are the same dudes who walked in a line, holding flags and drums while others shot. :damn:Who the fukk is playing a DRUM during the middle of a shootout! :dahell:
I get the argument that more gun laws were enacted when black panthers started strapping up but part of me wonders if we could ever go the Europe route.

exorbitant legal fees
The real issue concerning the 2nd Amendment isn't banning guns outright. It's the notion that that the unlimited access and possession of guns in this country has either become, or is becoming, unassailable. Its cause for concern when an overwhelming majority of the nation supports mandatory background checks yet a powerful interest group has a stranglehold on both parties preventing its implementation

Just look at the stats are there more murders or not and what does history say about disarming it's citizens. Does gov have the kind of track record that warrants you putting your faith in them to protect you from the world you live in. Are we really there yet? Do you trust a gov that has a high concentration of white supremacists disarming you. I think we have a ways to go.
