nikka we are talking about the fed. And Bidens control of the Senate has NOTHING to do with the Stimulus bill passing or not. :dahell:

The Senate situation is completely separate from the stim bill so why are you acting like the passing of this specific bill CREATED this situation we see in the senate? :dead:

You basically said nothing in your post. This Bill gives people more than they had yesterday while costing NOTHING negative that wasnt already there. Period.

Its not rocket science.

And why do yall keep talking about the phantom shyt from 4 months ago that was all talk and never even made it to the floor for a vote? Im starting to think yall just read news headlines and dont really deep dive this stuff. The 1.9 trillion bill NEVER SAW THE FLOOR. Yall out here wishing on ducktales.
It doesn’t make the senate floor because no one but Mitch controls what the senate passes. You said biden can just do more so this shyt stimulus is fine. Biden can’t do shyt from a stimulus standpoint without going thru Mitch unless they win the senate. Spend your 600 wisely it’s the likely the end of any stimulus you’ll see. Waited 6 months to piss on your head and you lap it up

How did Republicans come out on top:jbhmm:
They can act like they helped agree to a stimulus, meanwhile they chiseled it down where it’s not meaningful enough to have any sort of long term impact so Biden’s presidency will start off with a very rocky economic situation that the GOP controlled senate will then wield their power to keep rocky, thus blaming Biden in 4 years for how shyt America has gotten and using that to win the house back in 2 years, and widen the senate gap, and perhaps tilt the next election back their way. Mitch isn’t passing anything he doesn’t think helps the GOP keep power. He passed this. That’s all you need to know

$600 checks are a farce. Hell the $1,200 wasn’t shyt but $600 can’t even pay month’s rent in most shytty apartment complexes.

ditto for lowering unemployment benefits

Hell if the Dems would’ve just laid over and let the republicans fukk em months ago it would’ve been a better deal.

So you just bypass the whole reason the bill was held up in the first place?

You forgot your boy Mitch wanted legal protection for employers dealing with Covid well guess what he didn't get it:umad:

Should've just signed off earlier and saved lives:ld:

They tried Mitch didn't want no deals or did you forget him holding everything up over employer protection from Covid-19?

A lot of concessions that both parties gave up could have been made long ago. Before the Bipartisan deal came out and for months, both sides stuck to their guns and weren’t willing to concede until they got what they wanted.

Nancy didn’t want to budge on lowering the $600 and Mitch didn’t want to give up liability protections. Guess what, they both lower or tabled their stances until next year. Why? Because they all stalled to the last minute.

Other than getting more stimulus I don't see how they lose in this deal considering Republicans were the ones stalling in the first place
It was just outlined for you, but you’re blinded by that massive 600 check headed your way in like March as being some sort of big victory. Enjoy it you can get almost a full 10 days rent most spots with it just an unreal stimulus

The way I see it is they both held out for so long, for neither side to get what they want. No one won. I'm not here to argue who is to blame, because it's clearly obvious the main culprit and roadblock has been bytch McConnell.

This $600 is just a kiss on a booboo, not even a band aid. Pathetic.

I’m not going to cheer or absolve neither side for what transpired. This deal now is one that could have been done months ago if both sides would have lowered their demands. The American people lost while they Congress will still be paid in full.
