His signature is a formality. The bill has enough votes that it’s Veto-proof.

Worst-case scenario, he vetoes it anyway and then pressures Republicans not to override it.

You don't override a veto just by initially supporting it. You have to hold a vote AFTER the veto. A lot of those Republicans are acting so shook of defying Trump that they might well refuse to overturn his veto. Not all, but enough to keep them from overriding it.

He’s going to sign the bill no question about it. He would have done so the entire time and tried to take credit for it as he always does.

Don’t believe anything otherwise.

The relief bill itself does not contain any money for other countries. Remember, it is only *one* part of the omnibus/spending bill. That's where the aid numbers are coming from. People are being misleading. Anyway, why do you believe this is something Trump is against? He is even more beholden to these outside interests. The last 4 years should have shown you that.

Yeah I wasn’t being serious. Trump has positioned himself as some kind of anti-globalist to the point where his policies are disconnected from his mouth.

Trump the candidate would have killed the Trump the President for letting this happen.

The provisions in the bill and who it benefits are the bigger issue.

I'm about 85% positive mfs are going to catch hell for this shyt from the media who have a powerful platform. Hopefully changes will come from this because this shyt is flat out wrong. I mean this was a straight fukk the people move and there is no hiding it.

It was always the reason they insisted on passing the entire bill at once instead of breaking it up into pieces. Chalk it full of thousands of pages without giving Congress time to read before the vote. So they are fukked regardless of whether they sign it or not. Hell even Ted Cruz and Rand Paul were like :hubie: about the bill.

AOC complained about the bill, but still voted yes. The only two Democrats who voted no were Tulsi and Rashida Tliab.Even if Democrats would have given us $2,000, it would still be chalked full of provisions that benefit big businesses and lobbyist just as the current bill contains now.
