Ive never ever played baseball in my life. Doubt I've ever even touched a baseball glove or a bat. But is it me or does it look like it would be easier, at that distance, to catch the ball with your bare hands?

I played baseball growing up and it became easy to catch pop flies after a while. However, I played in a softball league a few years back and every pop up was an adventure for me after years of not playing
Same here. I played softball for fun in the summer back in my teens, but I recently got into it again for fhe first time in damn near 15 years and I was a mess in the outfield. I was misjudging pop flys damn near the entire game, until I eventually figured it out. Sometimes I would break for the ball too soon other times I waited too long.
If we had cameras on everything we did, and only our fukk ups made it to the internet...how would we look?
