Klay is averaging 26 if he had his own team. The man dropped 37 in a quarter and can go off for 30 or 40 on any given night. He plays excellent defense, creates his own shot, and has a history of bailing out GSW in tough games. He's not tier 1 only because he's the 3rd option on his team, but on 98% of teams in the league he'd be 2nd option at worst (GSW and the Pelicans are the only teams where he'd be 3rd string).

shyt if he was on the Cavs he'd be 2nd and IT 3rd

All offball with shooters surrounding him

Put him on the magic & he may be lucky to get 20 efficiently

Harden has a rare skillset, that's powerful as fukk. Truth is harden doesnt even need to bait defenders,he just takes the easy way out because he knows a foul is coming 9/10, so he's simply conserving energy, but dude is powerful enough to finish 9/10. Last season alone during numerous stretches he carried H-town on his back....

Dude is an elite player, as much as i hate to say.....
I hate his style a play more so, because he doesn't put forth effort to finish shots, but I recognize that he has super rare skillset, where he doesn't need to relay on fouls and could play straight up if need be....

Being an elite #1 is different than being elite in general. There's ~450~ players in the NBA and I don't think we're naming 20 better than Klay...I'd say that's elite, though if he wanted Top 10 player money I wouldn't give it to him.
