letting Howard go is not as big a problem as losing an asset for nothing. If we had gotten Anthony for bynum, we definitely would have been able to re-sign him. And a lot of other terrible decisions don't happen too.
Dwight never wanted to come to LA. It also wasn't realistic to expect him to want to be part of a rebuilding plan. Having to constantly fight with Kobe for dominance was also a hindrance. IMO Dwight was gone the moment they ignored his opinion on who should be the next HC.

We plan on having a top 3 pick because this tank has no limit and my tank dogs bout it, upon winning the war we will draft the best out of the elite talents available. Hopefully re-sign some of these young players we got to create a new bench moving forward. In an ideal world we'll get Exum this year, tank next season and draft Embiid and sign Love, then send Kobe over with a championship in 2016.
