How the hell does that work? I've heard about the UOP giving out bachelor's degrees; but PHD's now?

What has your research in critical race theory looked like? Was considering trying to combo that with my other interest
I'm looking at mass mediated representations of black masculinity and the criminalization of black bodies from a feminist framework.
lol, I try as much as possible to remain anonymous on this site but ill just say this: I have a PhD and teach for an online college that awards PhDs. Its really not hard to do, all coursework and discussions are facilitated through blackboard/canvas learning management system. Dissertation committees are done just like in traditional schools whereas you have a committee that corresponds with the phd candidate on whatever their research topic is..These online schools have a bunch of agreements with online libraries and databases that would allow for a phd candidate in a liberal arts discipline to complete a dissertation. The students arent that great though compared to traditional institutions obviously, but its a great side hustle for me. Ill just say im eating real good off it

Yes, and most times over $70,000 by the time they finish their degree. Alot of foreigners getting in on the jig to..Bunch of Africans and Asians with money who remain in their country while earning their degree...shyts real breh if you get a PhD or even a Masters degree, you better get some training on how to develop online courses..its excellent side money or even fulltime if you enjoy it alot

Wow, how many students does one advisor juggle? I assume no physical sciences since you need labs?
Depends on what type of advisor. An advisor in admissions or student support/retention can juggle hundreds of students. An instructor teaching undergrad depending on the school can be responsible for anywhere between 5 students to 300 per course..An instructor teaching graduate students can be responsible for anywhere between 2 and 50 per course. It all depends on the philosophy of the school.

That's really sad. Not on your part, but the students that fall for it. I didn't know there were a lot of Asians and Africans doing this. Would've thought the international representation would be minimal.
Paying for a PHD. That's insane.

slightly off topic but i think those (physical sciences) will be online soon too, at least at the BS level, im attending an online electrical Engineering program (BS) right now, im doing my labs tonight as matter of fact, you have to buy the supplies and record yourself doing the lab on video and then send it in

yes breh thats the move...Teach at the CC, get the experience, then see if they got some online sections available to teach..then once you have that on your resume theres a bunch of websites you can go to that are strictly for online adjunct instructor teaching...its the new wave breh I literally go to the beach with my labtop, grade a few assignments, and watch that side money roll in that Friday
