I'm pretty regular and very sensitive. I can feel when I ovulate and I'll even wake up during the night in time to get a pad.
But once I get it, if I've eaten a lot of salt, caffeine, junk food, or don't get enough iron and magnesium, the cramps are horrible, I'll feel lightheaded, nauseous, and my joints start to ache.
Also, if you have a booty and sleep on your back during your period, you have to wear the extra long overnight pads or else you can stain your underwear or the sheets.

I can say this…I feel her pain. I never know when and where I'm about to start my cycle simply because I don't have many. Out of a year I may have 5 cycles… and when I do it's a doozie!
