Sopranos was a show I think white dudes liked because they saw big tough white dudes using racial slurs, roughing up non-white people and making money.

It's a dark comedy showing how retarded cacs are; David Chase, the show's creator absolutely HATED the cacs who'd watch for, "t*ts and hits" and as a result, he started fukking with all the fans as the show progressed

Plus it's really about how America isn't what those same cacs back in the day said it was, it shows how we're basically fighting each other for table scraps, has great rewatch quality too

Boardwalk while good, is not even a Top 10 HBO show, so how could you compare it to The Sopranos, which is 1b at the very least, with 1a having no choice but to be "The Wire"

Just among HBO SHOWS of the last 20 years.

Game of Thrones was better, even with its decline in later seasons.
The Wire was better.
Deadwood was better, but unfortunately it was cancelled.
Rome was better, but unfortunately it was cancelled.

A Song of Ice and Fire is better than the Sopranos yeah sure

Boardwalk Empire had too many characters and convoluted storylines, I had no idea WTF was going on.

They shouldn't have killed that young dude with the skank mother, he was the best character.

Broadwalk by miles. Yes, the show got crazy goofy once ole boy got killed off, but man that show was so delicious . Sad, MKW performed his ass off throughout the show, and he still couldn't shake the "Omar" syndrome:
