Black on black crime is a problem but so is a white person killing black people and not being punished by the laws that are supposed to protect US ALL. Two separate issues to be honest.

So if a cop pulls out his gun and kills my son for no reason other than the fact that he's black and gets off scott free for this act, I should blame black on black crime and not the racist criminal justice system


This is a deflection tactic plain and simple.

Black on Black crime is interconnected with many things so changes in many facets in the black community is needed to help curb BOBC.
IMO it starts out with the decreasing the staggering number of black children being born outside wedlock
By decreasing the birth outside of wedlock it-----> Decreases the chances of a single parent household----> Increases the chance of income in household (B/c there are two parents potentially generating income----> Less chances of child being exposed to the negativity in the streets---->Less chances in joining a gang---->Less likely to participate in crime---->Black on black crime could potentially decrease.

Now this is just an educated guess and it does not necessarily mean it could directly correlate with anything I said.

Education is the great equalizer and almost every single group who comes to this country utilizes it to their own advantage. We need to put a much higher emphasis on education and entrepreneurship. Our young people should be encouraged to obtain the highest levels of education but ultimately use it as a means to provide substance for their people.
We need to boycott existing institutions within our community that for no purpose than to exploit our people.
If we are going to practice politics we should develop an agenda for ourselves (meaning BLACKS and ONLY BLACKS, not "minorities") and vote for those who adhere to it.
We need to dispose of ALL destructive elements within our culture. And shame needs to be cast upon ALL those who perpetuate it.

This will take a complete change in leadership and culture. The best thing we can do now is raise the consciousness of our people. Our people must be empowered to know they we can do for ourselves without the hand of any outsider.
