The stimulus check won't be in the mail for Americans who owe child support

It's fukked up when you working lose a job and can't pay then you have to wait weeks in some cases to get a hearing which adds on, you'll get a suspension because you have no income. Then when you get a new job you have to pay the base plus the arrears owed while you where waiting for the hearing.

So glad I have custody of my daughter and got off of child support in January. I've been down that road and it's not good.

You dont have to be a dead beat to owe back child support. If shyt go sour with your bm she can take a you to court whenever and they are going to back date support to when the child is born.

I personally seen nikkas who went from taking care of their kids and seeing them everday to being 30k in the whole.


Its a dirty game.

Just because someone is behind on child support doesn't mean they're deadbeats. A man could lose his job or get reduced hours and fall behind. IMO they should still be able to receive a check. If people who owe taxes can still get a check why can't people behind on child support?

Its happens alot. Dudes be in relationships with chicks and have kids and things dont work out. Women use child support as a weapon to break you.

As soon as you get that arrearage. That passport gone. You cant buy a house. No income tax. They can take your drivers lincense. Oh and the arrearage has INTEREST. In TN it was 12% a couple yrs ago.

Dont lose your job. They dont care. I seen judges show no mercy telling nikkas they could have donated blood to make a payment.

Its so much to it. Again its a dirty game.
