people need music/entertainment as an escape right now... not a reminder of reality... that's why non-aggressive & fun music is killing the charts right now. People would rather be in the club having fun trying to party away a long stressful week then hear about people getting shot, killed, selling drugs, warring over sets, the realities of a harsh life, etc...
