It requires more creativity than saying "nikka, fukk you"; even though the latter can be seen as more energetic and bold.

Kickin' in the door, Drop a Gem on Em and Long Kiss Goodnight. :ohlawd:

It has to be done right... But once it's out there you can't be like "What? :whoa:" and hide your hands when someone responds and when shyt gets real you can't be afraid to step up and go at someone directly....

As much as people try to clown Wayne for that Pusha T diss he always gets credit from me for actually saying "fukk Pusha T."

I respect that way more than Pusha's 30 subliminal diss songs.
Why? Wayne knew exactly who Pusha was talking about and Pusha knew he would so what's the issue?

Jay Z bytch ass made this popular because he don't want the heat of a nikka going at his head. Why because he's a political animal he has to be seen as the good guy instead of the hoe he is. I don't respect no rapper who follow this weak shyt. Politicians the most politcial people have the will and fortitude to say the persons name. But this rhyme stealing, biting, and swagga jacking nikka because he's portrayed as the good guy has these passive nikkas thinking they are aggressive because they indirectly say some shyt about you. This trait has always been a coward in my world and I'm sure in yours too.

I don't want to hear your subliminal rap, if it's too ambiguous and I have to engage in research to find out who you are talking about becuase you don't have the constitution to say the persons name. Your diss don't mean shyt, because you taking the punk route.
Jay did not make this popular. It's been a major thing in hip hop since forever. Mainly it's for the rapper who they dissing. Nas dissed jay subliminally before jay ever dissed him. And most of the time everybody knows who he talking bout.

Mobb deep diss pac wit subs, big dissed pac wit subs, the list goes on

and wasnt Biggie/Bad Boy whole strategy against Death Row, WU and Nas to throw subliminal shots and hide they hand when asked about it?

A subliminal diss to me is Nas on "The Message saying "Lex with TV sets the minimum" which was apparently about Jay-Z but nobody knew it at the time (outside of some people in NY I guess).
