People are always going to speculate about environments they know nothing about.
If they were even on the outer limits of the circles of "successful Black men", they could form their own opinions instead of repeating rumors and YTer-isms.

Spreading that nonsense makes them more comfortable with themselves. "I would have been more successful but I got passed over for promotions because I'm not gay".
Dudes should devote more time to self improvement, and less time undermining the success of other Black people.
