I contemplated on going with a friend but literally said fukk that afterwards. They had “expectations” which is why it flopped

But yeah, Will Smith would’ve made it better but I don’t think it still would’ve lived up to greedy ass WB’s expectations.

Will wasn’t in it though because of scheduling conflicts. He was filming the Venus/Serena movie I believe. Gunn is still signed on to multiple projects.

I don't know how much the Ayer version would fix joker or enchantress. Cara Delevegine was just horrible to be as the villian, mainly because of her acting

Ayers Joker was much darker and had much more importance/scenes than what was released.


Crazy is that everything was already shot for Ayer. Warner Bros too busy trying to be like Disney/Marvel instead of being true to the material.

I liked TSS but I can see why people weren't interested. Its an acquired taste and the trailers didn't help. I hated all them shyts because they focused on the worst part of the movie which was the jokes.

I remember not too long ago nikkas wanted Idris to be every black male character in every movie ever.

I like Idris (when he actually remembers what accent he's using), and he's very talented, but he's not a bankable star.

Well this new Suicide Squad dropped day and date on streaming. It's not a fair comparison. I thought it was a better movie, definitely better direction. The one with Will was a legit bad movie, the new one isnt, its actually worth a rewatch for the humor.

I think like they said the poka dot dude, the villain, and the dictator thing were kinda trash but it was still better than the first one.

If those movies switched villains and the dot dude was replaced with any character except joker from the first it would be a better movie.
