Hawks podcast guy said it was probably just a salary dump knowing they gotta decide on a few other players contracts in the upcoming seasons, & Huerter was the most disposable one

This to me is why Lebron and Durant are two sides of the same coin for that generation of ball players. There's no interest in trying to build a team around them, only slide into situations are already attractive and established. Except bringing him and Ky to Brooklyn literally nuked the nice core that had been built before they got there and wiped their shyt stained shoes all over the furniture
