There is a certain level of conformity that is needed when joining certain institutions like the military. Nobody cares about individual self expression when you’re trying to mentally break down a group of individuals and build them back up to become one unit. I wouldn’t necessarily be against this if there are studies that show that trans folks are a disruption to their units. If not, then this is much ado about nothing. But part of breaking down people is getting at their insecurities. So if you are going to be a cry baby about being referred to as your gender at birth, then maybe the military isn’t for you.

It was about money. You get free healthcare for your entire enlistment. Get even a slight problem that can get you disability, you have it for life.
Now think of all the medical issues and problems a tranny can/does have. Imagine the govt having to foot the bill for estrogen for men and testosterone for women. Having to do breast augmentation for men. Having to bring Inc doctors who specialize in treating them mentally and physically. Gotta deal with health issues where you don’t know even the genetic makeup of the human that’s being wheeled in with no bottom half of their body attached
